FreePostage (except for Heart Lock Bangle):

Buyers who select this option will received free postage for all orders within Singapore. Orders will be shipped either on order date itself or latest one day after we received your email. Cramanoif will not be liable for any loss of mail during shipping.

Optional Postage: $2.99 Registered Mail (except for Heart Lock Bangle)

Buyers who select this option will pay additional $2.99 for items to be shipped under Registered Mail. Tracking number will be given for this type of order.  Any delay or non-received may approached Singapore Post or Cramanoif directly.

Duration of shipment (estimated only)

Shipped on Saturday, Sunday, Monday (before 5pm) - Received on Wednesday

Shipped on Tuesday (before 5pm) - Received on Thursday

Shipped on Wednesday (before 5pm) - Received on Friday

Shipped on Thursday (before 5pm) - Received on the following Monday

Shipped on Friday (before 5pm) - Received on the following Tuesday

If items are not received on the stated day, do give an allowance of 1 or 2 days. During festive season, there is a possibility that your item will be delayed. Please note that any delay will be due to Singapore Post. As mentioned above, we will try out best to ship out on the same day or latest one day after we received your order.

Payment only via POSB or UOB bank transfer.
